Hunky Dory is the culmination of the owner's 10+ years of research, education, and practice in implementing sustainability in hospitality spaces. We approach climate change & climate justice by looking at all parts of the whole: re-examining our waste outputs in terms of water, electricity, carbon footprint, food waste, and materials. We work to build communities that foster these values, by sharing our learnings with other hospitality businesses and collaborating with like-minded organizations.
