The University Alliance Ruhr, ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability and the German Center for Research and Innovation (DWIH) New York cordially invite you to join us for a one-hour long discussion with transatlantic experts on the future of urban mobility.
The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the mobility industry particularly hard, while also providing short relief to cities otherwise fighting smog and pollutants through high levels of travel and transport. How can we use this moment to re-define and adapt urban mobility to shift towards sustainable modes of transportation and supply chains for the future? How can we prioritize accessible service, public health, and urban development while keeping down pollution? If efficient and affordable public transportation is one aspect that made cities attractive, what will a post-COVID-19 world look like for urban mobility?
Registration is free and all are welcome.
